Being a voluntary representative of Koninklijke Nederlandsche Heidemaatschappij in Latvia is a sometimes busy but always extremely satisfying activity. Every year I meet very dedicated partners and enthusiastic members of project groups, who are ready to improve their living conditions – not by hiring somebody but by doing a lot themselves.
Such an experience keeps me young!
